Ultra Low Insersion Loss DPDT Transfer Switch



The FX5722 is rated to Moisture Sensitivity Level 3(MSL3) at 260°C per JEDEC JSTD-020.


The FX5722 is a DPDT (Double-pole double-throw) switch designed for multimode broadband LTE/5G NR cellular applications, supporting from 100MHz to 6.0GHz. The RF performance is optimized with low insertion loss and high linearity to guarantee the stringent requirements of all LTE/5G NR standards.



The FX5722 integrates a DPDT switch and a GPIO controller on a single SOI chip. Low insertion loss is exhibited in every TRx path in FX5722, with high isolation and low harmonics. In addition, the FX5722 also achieves excellent linearity performance, suitable for LTE/5G NR applications. The internal decoder allows convenient GPIO connections and supports digital control signals. The SOI architecture in FX5722 removes the external DC blocking capacitors to save the cost and PCB space.



The FX5722 is encapsulated in a compact 1.1mm x 1.5mm, 10-pin, LGA package, with low profile of 0.51 mm. This product is RoHS-compliant and halogen free.
