HB/MB/LB FEM Receive Module

Description

The FX6530 is a low-band(LB), mid-band(MB), high-band(HB) diversity receive module to be used in a cellular mobile device.

The FX6530 is packaged in a small 3.5 x 3.6 x 0.7mm(max), 56-lead surface-mount package. No external DC blocking capacitors are required on the RF paths as long as no DC voltage is applied. The part can operate over the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Rx diversity FEM with the following integrated filter bands: B8(925 to 960MHz); B26/5/18/19(859 to 894MHz); B3(1805 to 1880MHz); B39(1880 to 1920MHz); B25(2)(1930 to 1995MHz); B34(2010 to 2025MHz); B66(1/4) (2110 to 2200 MHz); B40(2300 to 2400MHz); B41(38)(2496 to 2690MHz); B7(2620 to 2690MHz).
