FX14102

FX14102 is an SPDT (single-pole double-throw) switch module, designed for multi-mode broadband LTE and 5G NR cellular applications, supporting frequency band from 0.6GHz to 6.0GHz. The RF performance is optimized with low insertion loss and high linearity to guarantee the stringent requirements of LTE standards. FX14102 integrates an SPDT switch and a GPIO controller on a single SOI chip. Low insertion loss is exhibited in all TRX path in FX14102 with high isolation and low har-monics. In addition, FX14102 also achieves excellent linearity performance, suitable for LTE applications.
