FX14108

FX14108 is a high power SP8T (single-pole eight-throw) antenna switch, designed for broadband cellular applications, supporting UMTS, TD-SCDMA and LTE from 0.6GHz to 3.8GHz. The RF performance is optimized with low insertion loss and low harmonics to guarantee the stringent requirements of all 3G/LTE standards. FX14108 integrates an SP8T switch core and a GPIO controller on a single SOI chip.Equipped with eight symmetrical RF ports for UMTS/TD-SCDMA/LTE, the device pro-vides the most versatile combinations of operation in different modes.
