FX13504F is an SP4T (single-pole four-throw) switch designed for high performance multi-mode broadband cellular applications, supporting GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G NR from 400MHz to 6.0GHz. The RF performance is optimized with high isolation, low insertion loss and low harmonics to guarantee the stringent requirements of all LTE standards. FX13504F integrates an SP4T switch and a MIPI RFFE V2.1 serial controller on a single SOI chip. Equipped with 4 symmetrical transmit/receive ports for GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G NR, FX13504F is providing the most versatile combinations of operation in different modes.
