FX13108

FX13108 is an SP8T (single-pole eight-throw) antenna switch module, designed for frequency range from 0.4GHz up to 3.8GHz. FX13108 is processed in advanced CMOS SOI technology featuring low insertion loss, high isolation and high power handling capabilities.The device is optimized for high performance GSM, CDMA,WCDMA, LTE and 5G NR applications. FX13108 is compatible with RFFE serial control. Low insertion loss is exhibited in every path in FX13108, from the antenna port to any of the RX port, with high isolation between both opposite and adjacent paths.
