FX5613Z is a 22-pin power amplifier module developed for high linearity applications.With the advanced InGaP HBT technology, the module supports multi-band CDMA/WCDMA, FDD-LTE/TDD-LTE and 5G NR applications including CDMA Band BC0/BC1,WCDMA Band 1/2/3/4/5/8, FDD-LTE&5G-NR Band 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/12/13/14/17/18/19/20/25/26/27/28/30/66/70/71 and TDD-LTE Band 34/38/39/40/41. FX5613Z meets the stringent linearity requirements of LTE QPSK & 5G NR DFT-s-OFDM & CP-OFDM specifications. FX5613Z is self-contained with three GaAs power amplifiers for low, middle and high bands, a CMOS controller, a SOI 2P3T switch, an SP5T switch, an SP4T switch and input & output matching networks. The GaAs PA provides RF amplification in linear mode, while the CMOS controller provides the regulated voltage through MIPI RFFE interface. The integrated SOI switch supports band selection and TX/RX function. The module is fully matched to 50Ω at all RF ports.
