FX6879B

The FX6879B is ahighly integrated L-PAMiF developed for 4G-LTE and 5G-NR standards. The FX6879B is self contained with PAs, controller, filters, TRX/SRS switch, bi-directional coupler, low noise amplifiers(LNAs) and input/output matching network. The FX6879B meets stringent linearity requirements of DFT-S-OFDM and CP-OFDM specifications at APT(Average Power Track-ing) for both Power Class 2(PC2) and Class 3(PC3)power targets.The extremely low leakage current in power-down mode maximizes handset stand-by time.
