FX5603

FX5603 is a 22-pin power amplifier module developed for high linearity applications.With advanced InGaP HBT technology, the module supports multi-band FDD-LTE&TDD-LTE application,including FDD-LTE Band1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/18/19/20/25/26/30/70 and TDD-LTE Band 34/38/39/40/41. FX5603 meets the stringent linearity requirements of LTE QPSK specifications. FX5603 is self contained with three GaAs power amplifiers for low, middle and high bands, a CMOS controller, an SP3T switch, an SP2T switch and input & output match-ing networks. The GaAs PA provides RF amplification in linear mode, while the CMOS controller provides regulated voltage through MIPI RFFE interface. The integrated SOI switch supports band selection and TX function. The module is fully matched to 50 ohm at all RF ports.
