FX8066A

The FX8066A is a multi-mode, Low Band LNA plus Power Amplifier Module with integrated Duplexers (L-PAMiD). The module is designed for WCDMA / CDMA / LTE / NR mobile cellular equipment. The high efficiency L-PAMiD contains power amplifier paths and LNA bank for 2G/3G/4G/5G. Operates in Low Frequency Bands along with distribution switches, multiplex filters, and antenna switches for multi-band and diversity coverage of both transmit and receive functions. FX8066A band select, LNA gain and operating parameters are programmed through the Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) bus(es). The FX8066A module supports Average Power Tracking (APT) with higher system efficiency across a wide range of power levels.
