FX5784

The FX5784 is a SP4T(single-polefour-throw)switch designed for high perfor-mance antenna tuning applications from 100MHz to 2.7GHz. The RF performance is optimized with low Ron and Coff to guarantee the stringent requirements of all 3G/LTE/NR standards. The FX5784 integrates a SP4T switch and a GPIO controller on a single SOI chip. Equipped with 4 symmetrical RF ports, low Ron and Coff is exhibited in every path in FX5784. Inaddition, the FX5784 also achieves excellent linearity performance, suitable for 3G/LTE and NR applications.
