FX5515

FX5515 is a high power, high efficiency and high gain power amplifier with operating frequency bands 1980-2010MHz (S band), 1668-1675MHz (L band-1) and 1610-1626.5MHz (L band-2). The module is fully matched to 50 Ωs at all RF ports, and can operate in either linear mode or PA-saturation mode.
