Description

The FX6877A is a highly integrated L-PAMiF developed for 4G-LTE and 5G-NR standards with a package size of 3.0mm x 5.0mm x 0.745mm ( typ. )

The FX6877A is self contained with PA, controller, filter, TRX switch, bi-directional coupler, low noise amplifier(LNA) and input/output matching network.

The FX6877A meets stringent linearity requirements of DFT-SOFDM and CP-OFDM specifications at APT(Average Power Tracking) for both Power Class 2(PC2) and Class 3(PC3) power targets. The extremely low leakage current in power-down mode maximizes handset stand-by time.
