Lansus Joins China Mobile 5G Terminal Partner Program

    At the GTI summit of 2018 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain, China Mobile announced that partnering with Lansus and other terminal partners to launch the 5G Terminal Pioneer Program, aiming to promote the innovation and maturity of the 5G terminal industry by focusing on industry resources.

    Being one of the first four component companies which join the Program, Lansus has dedicated in the RF PA fields for years. For the strong confidence in the future of China telecommunication and 5G industry, Lansus built up professional R & D team and invests a lot in the 5G Research and development. Partnering with China Mobile includes being a partner of the China Mobile 5G innovation center, developing high performance product to satisfy the 5G demand by complying with the China Mobile technical standards.

Joining the China Mobile 5G Terminal Pioneer Program, Lansus will cooperate with China Mobile and other partners in the 5G radio frequency front end component support, helping China Mobile to achieve its 5G goals. China Mobile aims to start 5G test this year, pre-commercialize 5G in 2019 and finally achieve large-scale commercialization of this cutting-edge technology in 2020.

    The China Mobile 5G Terminal Pioneer Program has drawn wide attention and gained positive support within the industry. The 20 companies include 6 major chip manufacturers, 10 major terminal manufacturers and 4 component companies. Lansus, Qorvo, Skyworks and Taiyo Yuden are first four component companies join the program.
